【To PC Speakers】
Your presentation will be held by using computer.
We will prepare the regular PC installed OS Windows 8/ Power Point however if you wish to show the motion video or Mac, please bring your own.
The registration for your presentation, also checking your data and viewing will be done at “PC registration” at the lobby of 11th floor.
Kindly note that complete your PC registration till 30 minutes prior to your presentation.
Please make sure to be seated at your speaker’s seat till 10 minutes prior to your presentation time.
Please kindly use and bring your own memory stick or CD for your data.
Please feel free to use the mouse and keyboard which set on the podium on site.

【To Chairman】
Please make sure to be seated on the chairman’s seat till 10 minutes prior to the session.
The timer will be placed on the chairman’s table, please feel free to use for the process.
